Omar D. Guerra was born and raised in South Texas, and received his B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin in 2005. He began his career as a Credit Analyst for International Bank of Commerce, giving him the needed experience to enter the commercial real estate field. He has been in commercial real estate brokerage since 2011, with a concentration in land acquisition and sales, as well as retail site selection.

Omar is a CCIM designee and participated in leadership programs for Real Estate Council of San Antonio and North San Antonio Chamber of Commerce. He and his wife enjoy the outdoors and traveling.

Mario Bustamante started his commercial real estate career with First American Commercial Property Group in October 2012. Since then, he has become an associate with First American, increasing his real estate knowledge and market awareness through a strong work ethic. In addition to his daily commitments as a real estate salesperson, Mario manages the internal GIS system at First American and assists in the daily marketing of properties.

Born and bred in Texas, Johnny found his way to San Antonio in 2003, by way of McAllen, TX. Before joining First American, Johnny was in the bar/restaurant business, where he developed the skills, attributes, and work ethic that helped him quickly excel in the commercial real estate world. Since his inception in 2016, Johnny has steered his focus to single-family development land acquisition, as well as retail site selection.

Peter began his real estate career with First American Commercial in January 2018. Prior to real estate, he worked in medical device sales for 7 years for a global company, where he achieved much success attributed to a strong worth ethic, organizational skills, and a goal-oriented drive. Since starting his career in real estate, his focus has been on sales and leasing industrial properties as well as land acquisition and sales.

Peter is a born and raised San Antonian Texan, where in 2009 he graduated with a B.B.A from the University of Texas at San Antonio double majoring with a primary focus in Real Estate Finance and Development. Drew Pressentin, originally from Green Bay, Wisconsin, relocated to Texas in 2016 to be closer to family and advance his career in real estate. He joined First American Commercial in August 2021, bringing with him eight years of sales experience at a nationally recognized glass company and a staffing agency, where he excelled due to his strong work ethic and determination.

Since entering real estate, Drew has specialized in cold calling off-market properties, leasing retail spaces, and handling land acquisitions.

After graduating from Texas State University with a BA in Finance in 2005, Jack began his real estate career with First American Commercial Property Group with a primary focus on single-family development and land entitlement. Over the past nine years with the company, he has closed transactions ranging from office buildings to development land to recreational ranches. He and his wife Brooke are long time residents of New Braunfels, and this is where he focuses on buying, selling, and managing most of his clients’ real estate investment and development efforts.

Barbara Brotherman is office manager for First American Commercial Property Group. She maintains the company records, does the bookkeeping for the brokerage business and for numerous company partnerships and joint ventures. She began work with the firm and the Hughes/Kane family in 1976, doing clerical work and assisting with the VA Repo program.

She is married to John, her husband of over fifty years. They have five children, eleven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. She enjoys spending time with her family, reading, travelling, and enjoys watching the Spurs win!

They are active members of St. Pius X Catholic Church, and has served as an officer in the Parish Council of Catholic Women and on the A.C.T.S. Core. In her spare time she volunteers in the St. Vincent de Paul food pantry and works with her husband doing bible study and religious education in the state prisons for the Archdiocese.
